ASRA is seeking a specialist consultant to support the learning and development stream for its new online tool, STEER (Systemic Tool to Explore and Evaluate Risks). We are looking for a highly motivated and imaginative systems thinker and capacity-builder who can promote the use of STEER with key audiences and support interested organizations in applying the tool.
The specialist's primary role will be to act as an expert user and facilitator of the STEER tool. This will include identifying and hosting training workshops, masterclasses, and presentations, as well as supporting organizations to integrate STEER within their strategy and operations. Other responsibilities will include managing and developing a structured, searchable database that collects and collates user feedback and overseeing an online learning community.
